Range Rover service questions
Do you work on Land Rover models other than Range Rover?
- Yes. Range Rover, Sport, Velar and Evoque are the majority of what we see, but Discovery and Defender are the same workshop, the same tooling and the same people.
Can air suspension be repaired, or does the whole system have to be replaced?
- Usually repaired. A leak is normally one air spring, a valve block or the compressor rather than the system, which is why we diagnose and photograph the actual failure before quoting. Replacing everything is occasionally the right answer, but it should be a finding, not an opening offer.
Will servicing my Range Rover here affect the manufacturer warranty?
- A manufacturer warranty normally depends on the service schedule being followed using parts of matching quality — not on the work being done at a dealer. We record the schedule, the parts and their part numbers against your job card so you hold the evidence. If your car is on a specific Oman warranty or service programme, send us the terms and we will tell you plainly whether we can service it without affecting your cover.
Do you have Land Rover diagnostic equipment?
- We use factory-level diagnostic tooling rather than a generic scan tool, which is what makes module coding, programming and live data available at all. On these cars that is the difference between finding a fault and guessing at it.
