Rolls-Royce service and repair in Muscat
Phantom, Ghost, Wraith and Cullinan — on BMW-group architecture we have worked with since the workshop opened.
A modern Rolls-Royce is engineered on BMW architecture, which is the reason an independent BMW specialist is the right place for one rather than a surprising one. The diagnostic systems, the V12's relatives, the air suspension and the electronics are all territory we are in every day.
The difference is in how the car is treated, not in how it is diagnosed. These cars leave here having been handled deliberately, with the work photographed and priced before anything is opened — because at this level what an owner is actually buying is confidence.
What we do most on Rolls-Royce
Scheduled servicing
Oil, filters and inspections to schedule, with the specification taken from your VIN.
V12 engine work
Coil packs, cooling, oil leaks and the turbo systems on the N74-family engines, diagnosed on manufacturer-level equipment.
Air suspension
Struts, compressors and ride-height faults across Phantom, Ghost, Wraith and Cullinan, with the calibration done here afterwards.
Brakes and running gear
Discs, pads, sensors and the bushes and arms that carry a great deal of weight over Omani road surfaces.
Electronics, coding and programming
Module coding, replacement units adapted to the VIN, and retrofits — done in-house rather than sent away.
Diagnostics and fault finding
The methodical electrical work behind the faults that appear, clear, and return a week later.
Bring it in if you notice
- The car settling unevenly overnight
- A suspension or ride-height warning
- A misfire, or roughness that only appears under load
- Coolant loss with nothing visible underneath
- Electrical faults that appear and disappear
- Anything another workshop was unwilling to touch
Why service a Rolls-Royce here
01
BMW architecture is our home ground
The diagnostic systems and much of the underlying engineering are what this workshop was built around.
02
Programming done in-house
A replacement module coded and adapted to your car here, rather than a car left waiting while the work is sent elsewhere.
03
You approve before we start
Photographs and itemised costs first. The work proceeds when you say so, not before.
Rolls-Royce service questions
Why would an independent BMW workshop service a Rolls-Royce?
- Because a modern Rolls-Royce is engineered on BMW architecture. The diagnostic systems and much of the underlying engineering are what we work on every day. That is the technical answer; the practical one is that we can code and program these cars here rather than send them away.
Do you work on older Rolls-Royce models?
- Our depth is on the BMW-era cars — Phantom from 2003 onward, Ghost, Wraith, Dawn and Cullinan. For anything older, call us and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right workshop for it.
Can you source parts?
- We source OEM parts against your VIN and record the part number on the invoice. Some items are ordered in, and we will tell you the lead time before you commit rather than after.
Will independent servicing affect my warranty?
- If the car is still inside its manufacturer warranty, speak to us before booking and we will tell you plainly what is sensible. Most of the cars we see are past that point.
Is the work documented?
- Every job is opened as a digital job card with photographs, costs and stage-by-stage progress sent to your phone for approval before work proceeds. That record stays with the car.
