We built the software our workshop runs on
No off-the-shelf system did what we needed, so we wrote our own. Every car, every part and every hour of work lives in it — and so does your side of the job.
Most workshops run on paper, memory, and a phone call when something changes. That is why the invoice at the end is so often the first time an owner learns what was actually done. We decided the fix was not a better front desk but a better system, so we built one and have been running the workshop on it since.
For us it means capacity, parts and quality checks are all in one place. For you it means something simpler: you can see your car's job as it happens, and nothing gets charged that you did not approve first.
What the system does
QR digital job cards
Every car gets a scannable card that opens its whole file — history, photos, parts, technician and timestamps.
Photo evidence at every stage
Findings are photographed as they are made, and attached to the job rather than described afterwards.
Approval before work
Line-item costs go to your phone for approval. Work that is not approved is not carried out.
Live stage tracking
Diagnosis, parts, labour and quality gate, each timestamped as it clears, visible to you as it happens.
Quality gates
A multi-point inspection is signed off against the job before a car is released — and the checklist goes to you.
Permanent service history
Every job since your first visit stays searchable, with its photographs and part numbers.
What that changes for you
- No calling to ask whether the car is ready
- No invoice line you cannot account for
- No work done that you did not authorise
- No lost service history when you sell the car
- No "we replaced it because the code said so"
- No paperwork to keep in the glovebox
Why it matters that we built it
01
It was designed around the bay
Every feature exists because a technician, a service manager or a customer needed it — not because it shipped in a package.
02
We can change it
When something does not serve the work, we fix it. That is not an option when your workshop runs on someone else's software.
03
Your data stays coherent
One system holds the car, the history, the parts and the approvals, so nothing is stranded in a different tool.
Questions about the platform
Do I need to install an app?
- You get a link to your job card. Updates reach your phone in English or Arabic, and you can approve work from there.
Can I see photos of the fault before I approve?
- That is the point of it. Photographs and itemised costs reach you before anything is charged, and the work only proceeds once you have agreed.
What happens to my service history?
- It stays in the system, searchable, with photographs and part numbers — which is exactly the evidence a buyer wants when you come to sell.
Do you sell the system to other workshops?
- Our focus is running our own workshop on it. If you are in the trade and interested, contact us and we will talk.
