Mercedes-Benz service and repair in Muscat

From a C-Class daily driver to an S-Class or G-Class — serviced by technicians trained on the marque, in a workshop that shows you the work.

Mercedes-Benz has been a core part of what we do since the workshop opened in 2017. We service and repair the full range in Muscat — C, E and S-Class, GLC and GLE, V-Class and G-Class — with factory-level diagnostic equipment and parts matched to your VIN.

The failures we see most are the ones the Gulf climate accelerates: air suspension that has spent years cycling in 45-degree heat, transmission fluid that has been in far longer than it should be, and air conditioning that has quietly lost half its performance. All three are far cheaper to address before they strand you.

What we do most on Mercedes-Benz

Service A and Service B

Mercedes' own service schedule — oil, filters, brake fluid and inspection — recorded against your car with every part number.

Airmatic and air suspension

Struts, compressors, valve blocks and level sensors. A car that sits low overnight or rides hard is telling you the system is on its way out.

7G-Tronic and 9G-Tronic service

Transmission oil, filter and conductor plate work. Overdue fluid is the most common cause of the jerky shift owners describe.

Engine mechanical

Balance shaft and timing work on the M272 and M273, camshaft adjusters, and the oil leaks that follow years of heat cycling.

Electrics and modules

SAM units, wiring faults and module coding with factory-level tooling, including SBC and electronic parking brake work.

Air conditioning

Compressors, condensers, expansion valves and a proper leak test — not just a regas that lasts until August.

Bring it in if you notice

  • The car sitting low on one corner after standing overnight
  • A jerk or flare between gears, especially when cold
  • "Visit workshop" or a suspension warning on the dash
  • Air conditioning that no longer copes in the afternoon
  • A whirring compressor that runs longer than it used to
  • Oil or coolant marks under the front of the car

Why owners bring their Mercedes here

01

Diagnosis before parts

Air suspension and transmission faults are expensive to guess at. We diagnose, photograph and price the actual fault before anything is ordered.

02

You approve before we start

Itemised costs and photo evidence reach your phone first. Nothing proceeds until you agree to it.

03

Genuine parts, traced to your VIN

OEM sourcing with the part number on the invoice, so what is fitted is what you paid for.

Mercedes-Benz service questions

How often should Airmatic suspension be checked in Oman?

We recommend having it inspected at every major service. Heat ages the rubber in the struts, and a small leak that costs little to fix will, left alone, run the compressor to destruction — which is the expensive failure.

Do you service 7G-Tronic and 9G-Tronic gearboxes?

Yes, including oil and filter changes and conductor plate replacement. Gulf conditions are hard on transmission fluid, and we generally see cars needing it sooner than the interval implies.

Are your technicians trained on Mercedes-Benz?

Yes — our technicians are manufacturer-trained on the German and European marques we work on, and we use factory-level diagnostic equipment rather than generic scan tools.

Can you collect the car?

Call the workshop and we will tell you what we can arrange for your area of Muscat. Your job card link and updates reach your phone either way.
